1. Any use of materials published on site www.railgarant.ru is allowed upon authorization of the copyright holder only that is Rail Garant Group.
2. The use means any reproduction, distribution, processing of information (materials, images), as well as other methods provided by Law of the Russian Federation “About copy right and allied rights”.
3. The use of materials of Internet resource www.railgarant.ru without prior permit of the copy right holder, which is Rail Garant Group, is the breach of exclusive rights of Rail Garant Group and may entail the responsibility according to law of the Russian Federation concerning copy rights and allied rights.

5. When reproducing materials as a soft copy and in Internet resources, the user is liable, apart from the requirements of item , to refer to site www.railgarant.ru.
This reference should be located at the beginning of materials to be reproduced.
6. Reprinting of materials from www.railgarant.ru obtained from third parties is allowed only when referring to the initial source according to items 4, 5 of these Regulations.
