While promoting a healthy lifestyle Rail Garant Group actively engages in sports activities. Thus in 2011 a soccer team consisting of the Group employees has been organized.

Rail Grant organizes friendly matches with its business partners on a regular basis and participates in various soccer championships in one of which the team has become one of three winners.

RG team participated in International Soccer Competitions organized by Sports League of Fuel and Energy Companies in Turkey from September 25 to October 02, 2011. Upon completion of the competitions all participants were awarded memorable prizes. RG team won the award "For fair play”.

According to Roman Kotenko, the General Director of the Managing Company “Rail Garant”, development of sports activity in the Group is the important part of healthy lifestyle promotion among employees and contributes to teambuilding. This year the employees which had achieved the most significant results in their work were sent to Turkey together with the soccer team as supporters.
