On April 20 in Moscow has taken place the XII annual International Conference "Logistics of the Chemical Market of Russia — ChemoLogic 2018".
The conference purposes - discussion by participants of the market of current problems, tendencies and forecasts of development of logistics of chemical branch and also political decisions on branch reform.
Traditionally on an action topical issues of quality and safety of transportations of chemical production have been raised. Also a number of participants have told about the carried-out initiatives of digitalization of activity of the companies.
The commercial director of Spectransgarant Andrey Shugin has made the report on what has to be the successful logistic operator of the chemical market. In the performance he has opened questions of digitalization of logistics at all levels of interaction and customer service on the example of operator company the tank containers.
"Current trends demand transition to qualitatively new level of service. Automation at each stage of activity of transport company – from processing of the application - will allow to increase the level of satisfaction of the client to the organization of transportation and to make work of all company of even more effective", Andrey Shugin has explained.
