The volume of traffic for "Spetstransgarant" in the first half of the year has increased by 20%.
16/08/12In the first half of 2012 the volume of traffic for STG (Rail Garant Group) increased by 20% over the same period last year, reaching 164 thousand tons. Shipments of petroleum goods increased by 20%, while liquefied petroleum gases by 10%.
In addition, since the beginning of the year the operational fleet in the management of the company has increased. Hence, the fleet of tank-containers has risen by 7% to over 2640 units, and container platforms by 41% to 1626 cars. "By the end of September this year the fleet of gas tank-containers in STG will increase by 300 units. Thus, the size of the fleet of tank containers for the company will exceed 3000 units," said the Managing Director of STG Maria Surina. |
