The fleet of tank containers operated by OOO Speñtransgarant grew by 20% by the end of the first half of 2011.
11/07/11During 6 months of 2011 the fleet of tank containers operated by OOO Speñtransgarant (STG) grew by 20% to amount to some 1850 containers.
The number of gas tank containers increased up to 1100, while the number of tank containers for petrochemical products comprised 750. STG plans to proceed with the tank container fleet increase in the second half of the year to make the total number of tank containers (for gas, as well as for petrochemicals) exceed 2000 units. All tank containers in STG’s fleet are internationally certified, complying with the requirements set for the transportation of liquid chemicals and gases. This is the result of the efficient operation of the Company’s engineering department, responsible for the organization of safe operation of container fleet. |
